If you have a Trailer Coach in your possession that is over 40 feet in length or over 8-1/2 feet (102 inches) in width, you must contact the Department of Housing to receive title. We cannot lien these trailers through the vehicle process; they are considered houses. Also included in this category are Camp Trailers over 16 feet in length or over 8 feet in width, and Motorhomes over 45 feet in length or over 8-1/2 feet in width.
You will have to receive a judgment against the registered owner of the trailer before you can proceed to get a title.
